Chipmunk Can’t Cross Road Because of Parade

We are here at the fun scene of the Garfield parade. People laughing and having fun. Parade floats all around. But for one little creature, this was a neighborhood menace. Every year, the Garfield Parade comes to town. Although fun, it blocks off many roads in the area. Many people don’t really notice or care about this, but Mr. Chipmunk, does. He and his family of 3, live peacefully in their tree on Sampson St. He has a job working at a local food restaurant called Wawa as a truck supplier. The parade is on the 28th of April. Unfortunately, that day is when he starts working because the week before, he has a break in which he enjoys peacefully, spending time with his wife and 2 kids. But of course, when the calendar hits April 28th he is met with colorful parade floats and hundreds of people standing on the side of the road. A wall in which he can’t penetrate. He is forced to take a day off, which majorly impacts his job performance. He has talked to city officials to try to change the date of the parade, but so far, they have done nothing in response to his pleas.
