Dole Truck Carrying Fruit Crashes On Highway 65, Creates Jam

Monday just became 10x worse for the citizens of Nashville, TN. A Dole truck carrying an estimated amount of 6,500LB of apples, raspberries and oranges, overturned and blocked lanes in both directions for about 10 hours. Around 1,000LB of jam was also found at the scene. “The jam was the biggest problem”, says Elliot McDermott, the Chief of the Tennessee Hazardous Waste Disposal Squad. “After about a minute in this type of jam, your suit and gas mask is almost completely filled with toxic jam”, they added. The driver was saved by the jam cushioning him when the truck hit a tree. The tree was released from the hospital soon after because it too, was cushioned by the jam. This medical bill for the tree is 50,000 apples but sadly his allowance was lost in the jam.
