Donald Trump's Popularity Tanks by 54% After Video Shows Him Double Dipping

A video from the February 2019 North Korea summit has been making rounds online recently after an overlooked portion of it appears to show Donald Trump double dipping a tortilla chip, and the backlash has been swift. “That's like putting your whole mouth right in the dip. When you take a chip, just take one dip and end it,” one user wrote on Twitter. "That is unacceptable" said Betty Grace, a long time Republican voter. "I morally cannot vote for a man who thinks it is right to do such a thang."

The poll, conducted by TCT sister station TWT, found that over 54% of Trump's core voters said that they would not vote for him and were looking into third party options.

Several prominent Republicans and Democrats have denounced Trump's actions, calling them "out of bounds," and with Mitch McConnell calling for an immediate apology to the American people.
